Overview

ChronoShift is a context-aware video editing application that synchronizes footage with telemetry data such as GPS tracks, heart rate, elevation and motion-sensor readings. This policy explains what information is processed, how it is used, and how to reach the data controller.

Data we process

  • Telemetry logs — GPX and JSON sidecar files you import (GPS coordinates, speed, elevation, heart rate, G-force). These stay attached to your project for playback and auto-cut features.
  • Media files — video clips you import for editing and export.
  • Account data — if you sign in, your email address and authentication session.
  • Usage preferences — HUD style, unit choice and preset selections stored to keep your workspace configured between sessions.

How data is used

Telemetry and footage are used solely to render the synchronized timeline, maps, HUD overlays and highlight detection you see in the app. We do not sell personal data, and telemetry is not shared with third parties for advertising.

Data retention & deletion

Project media and telemetry are retained for as long as the project exists. Deleting a project removes its associated clips and telemetry. You can request full deletion of your account and project data by contacting the data controller below.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact the data controller using the details below.
